Ingredients for the Preparation of Spindles

Cooking spindles:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We take out all the ingredients from the cabinets and the refrigerator and put them in front of us. Wash eggs with soap and water to prevent harmful bacteria from entering the finished dish. And then we break clean eggs with a sharp knife into a deep plate and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth. You can add a little salt and pepper, but just a little, as we will season the mince too. Peel the onion and garlic and rinse with running water. Finely chop the onion with a sharp knife on a cutting board, and crush the garlic with a garlic squeezer.

Step 2: Cook the minced meat for the spindles.

If you use ready-made minced meat, homemade or purchased, then add chopped onion and garlic to it, salt and pepper to taste, and then mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the ingredients and get an excellent ready-made minced meat for cutlets. It is better to beat the prepared mince with a blender so that it is softer and more tender. If you have a good piece of meat, you need to turn it into minced meat using a meat grinder or blender, and then do the same operations as described just above.

Step 3: Fry the spindles.

Take another deep plate and soup ladle. We divide the minced meat into 5 parts, take one of them and form a flat cutlet or a dense pancake. We spread it in a plate and fill it with a ladle of beaten eggs. We will prepare the spindles in turn in order to give everyone enough attention. We turn on the stove and put a frying pan on the burner, into which we pour a little vegetable oil. When it warms up, carefully pour the egg from the plate and place the cutlet in the center. Using the photo will be more visible. Skillet cover cover, set the fire to medium level and fry the trophy for about 2 minutes to make the egg brown. Then we open the lid, gently turn over the wrapper with a culinary spatula, cover it again and fry until cooked. We take out the fried trophy with a slotted spoon, let the excess oil drain, and put it on a plate. And then we proceed to the next trooper.

Step 4: We prepare the spindles and serve them to the table.

We will act on the principle of a conveyor - while the second chopper is fried, we will finally prepare the first one. When the oil drains, the trooper must justify its name - so we turn it off with a tube. Ready-made spindles can be served for lunch or dinner with any side dish, a salad of fresh vegetables is especially good. Before serving, the spindles can be decorated with chopped greens. And you can serve them both hot and cold. The dish turned out to be very satisfying and tasty! Enjoy your meal!
