I followed Jamila's recipe, only I also used black flour in the composition. They came out fluffy and delicious. Thanks Jamila :)

- 250 g flour type 000
- 250 g black flour
- 300 ml warm milk
- 50 g butter
- a small cube of fresh yeast
- a spoon of sugar
- a teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons milk to grease the buns
- poppy seeds for sprinkling buns
Servings: 12
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Milk buns:
Sift the white flour and black flour into a bowl, then mix them. We make a place in the middle where we put the crushed yeast, sugar and warm milk. Let the yeast rise for 10 minutes and then start kneading until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Add salt and butter at room temperature and knead for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
Put the dough in a warm place, to increase until it doubles in volume. We then divide it into 2 pieces, and each piece into 6 and start modeling the buns. We give them a round shape and roll them lightly on the work surface. We then place them in a tray in which we put baking paper and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes. Grease them with milk, sprinkle them with poppy seeds and put the buns in the oven for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, until they brown nicely on top.
Good appetite!
