The peppers are still on our market and are still "eco" ..: P So I made stuffed peppers, a food much appreciated by my husband. I served it warm with a little yogurt (you can also use sour cream) and horseradish salad with ripe beets ... mmmmmm ... I don't know if it makes sense to give the recipe but, still ...
- 500 gr minced meat mixture
- 10 large peppers
- 2 small onions
- 200 g of rice
- about 4 tablespoons of oil
- a serious cup of tomato juice, freshly made by mother-in-law: P
- a teaspoon of dried dill
- a delicate teaspoon
- 2 large tomatoes
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed peppers:
Chop the onion and harden it in oil, then mix it with rice, minced meat, tomato juice, dill and delicate. Mix well and obtain a paste, a composition with which we will fill the peppers.
Washed peppers, cut the lid from the tail: P, clean the symbols and then fill.
Put them in the pot, or in the Romanian bowl, in my case, put the two sliced tomatoes on top of them, add enough water to cover them nicely and put them in the oven for about 3 hours.
