We cut the finished pita bread into small pieces - these are the future chips that are left to bake in the oven. As you can see, lubricating a whole sheet of pita bread with sour cream is much easier. than already chopped, however, the second option is not hopeless. Option 3: Chips with sour cream and cheese. This variant according to the cooking scheme is very similar to the previous one. Grease a sheet of pita bread with sour cream, and then evenly sprinkle with grated cheese. Instead of sour cream, you can use vegetable oil.

Step 3: Bake quick chips from thin pita bread.

Turn on the oven to preheat it up to 220 degrees. In the meantime, evenly place already prepared chips on a baking sheet. Try to lay the chips in one layer so that they all bake the same way. We remove the baking sheet into the preheated oven, and bake chips for 5-7 minutes. Ready-made chips should become a beautiful golden color.
