Making quick chips from thin pita bread:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Let's start the preparation by washing the dill greens with running water, shaking it several times to get rid of excess liquid, and then finely chop on a cutting board. We spread one sheet of pita bread on the table and cut into pieces of arbitrary shape - rectangles, triangles, or as you wish. It will not affect the taste. The remaining sheets are left as is. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. To make it faster and easier, first hold the cheese in the freezer for several minutes.

Step 2: Prepare three types of chips from thin pita bread.

In this recipe, I will immediately give three options for cooking chips in case you find it difficult to diversify the taste. Option 1: Spiced Chips. In a bowl or saucepan, mix salt, pepper, paprika and other spices, which you can choose based on your own taste and preferences. Sliced pieces of pita bread are also sent to a bowl, and then shake it several times. Spices "settled" on the pita, however, to make them stick, you need to add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Shake the bowl with chips again - they are ready, you can proceed to the next step in which you will learn how to bake them. Option 2: Chips with sour cream and dill. Take a whole sheet of pita bread, spread it and grease with sour cream using a teaspoon. Try to do this as carefully and evenly as possible. Then add salt and pepper to taste and desire, and then evenly sprinkle the greased pita bread with chopped dill. We cut the finished pita bread into small pieces - these are the future chips that are left to bake in the oven. As you can see, lubricating a whole sheet of pita bread with sour cream is much easier. than already chopped, however, the second option is not hopeless. Option 3: Chips with sour cream and cheese. This variant according to the cooking scheme is very similar to the previous one. Grease a sheet of pita bread with sour cream, and then evenly sprinkle with grated cheese. Instead of sour cream, you can use vegetable oil.

Step 3: Bake quick chips from thin pita bread.

Turn on the oven to preheat it up to 220 degrees. In the meantime, evenly place already prepared chips on a baking sheet. Try to lay the chips in one layer so that they all bake the same way. We remove the baking sheet into the preheated oven, and bake chips for 5-7 minutes. Ready-made chips should become a beautiful golden color.

Step 4: Serve the ready-made chips from thin pita bread.

When the chips have cooled to room temperature, you can serve them to guests. Chips with different tastes are laid out in different deep plates. This delicious, crunchy dish will surely be liked and loved much more than purchased chips. And since they are prepared by you from the highest quality and healthy products, you can safely give them to children. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - It is more convenient to lubricate pita bread with a silicone brush.

- - You can make chips from thin pita bread and with other tastes. Look for inspiration on store shelves, paying attention to what tastes and fragrances potato chips are sold with.

- - If you need to cook chips quickly, and there is no time to bake them in a single layer in several lots, you can lay them slide on top of each other, but during the baking process they should be stirred so that the chips bake evenly.

- - Chips with paprika are bright red, with curry or turmeric - bright yellow. Paprika can be added a lot, about 1 teaspoon, and with other spices, be careful that the chips do not turn out bitter.

- - To make mushroom-style chips, sprinkle greased pita bread with dried mushroom powder.

- - To get less high-calorie chips, you can grease them with water instead of vegetable oil - the spices will stick, and when baked, the water evaporates.
