Making cookies on beer:

Step 1: Knead the dough.

This recipe can be used if you have beer left after the party. So, first of all, you need to melt the margarine at room temperature, then grind it with flour in a shallow bowl with a fork. It should be small crumbs. Next, add light beer and knead soft dough. Wrap the finished dough with cling film and send to the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Step 2: Cooking cookies on beer.

Set the oven to heat. 180 degrees. We take a rested dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a layer, thick about 0.5 cm And with the help of an ordinary glass, cut out cookies, which are then sprinkled with sugar. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, put cookies on it and send it to bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
