Mushrooms and shrimp baskets


Ingredients for making mushroom and shrimp baskets

Cooking baskets with mushrooms and shrimp:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We clean onion and garlic and chop with a knife on small cubes. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, put onion and garlic on it and fry them over medium heat until golden brown. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into pieces. Add mushrooms to the onion, pour into the pan 1/3 cup water close the lid and simmer 15-20 minutes over low heat. After that, add cream to the mushrooms, increase the heat to medium and simmer even without a lid. 5 minutes, until excess liquid evaporates. Add salt, pepper and thyme to the mushrooms. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer (but not to transparency) and cut out circles with a glass.

Step 2: Bake the baskets.

Gently place the mugs on the molds and level the folds. The dough should completely or almost completely cover the mold. After that, put the mushrooms on the dough in molds, they should fill the molds halfway. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send there the baskets on 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the shrimp.

Cook shrimp at this time. Thawing them before cooking is not required. We put the shrimp in a colander and rinse with cold running water to remove ice and dirt. Throw the shrimp into boiling salted water and cook 2.5-3 minutes, then we discard them in a colander and let the water drain. Boiled shrimp clean the shell. To do this, take the shrimp by the head, turn it upside down and carefully remove the legs. After that, remove the head (just pull it) and pull the shell through the tail.

Step 4: Add Cheese.

We get the baskets from the oven. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the mushrooms on top. And send to the oven for another a few minutes, so that the cheese melts. We take out the finished baskets from the oven, let it cool slightly and remove the molds.

Step 5: Serve the baskets with mushrooms and shrimp.

We decorate the baskets with shrimp mushrooms and finely chopped greens and serve. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Silicone molds are easier to handle than iron. In order to remove the silicone mold, you just need to turn it inside out.

- - Olive oil can be replaced with ordinary sunflower.

- - Cheese is preferable to take hard varieties.
