Take the butter, put it in a small mug, put on medium heat and wait until the butter melts. It will take you 1-2 minutes. Add melted to a bowl with flour. Over a deep plate with a knife, break the eggs. Pour milk here, with a whisk, whisk everything a little and pour into a bowl with flour. Pouring not all 3-4 tablespoons leave in the plate. Using a spoon, knead the dough. As a result, it should be smooth and elastic. To achieve this state, you can add a little flour or warm water with the hands while kneading the dough.

Step 2: Cooking Buns.

After the dough is ready, we preheat the oven to 200 degrees and proceed to the formation of buns. Exists 2 options for forming cons: First option is that you will have to divide the dough into 2-3 parts roll out one part with a rolling pin on a clean tablecloth pre-sprinkled with flour. The resulting formation should have a thickness of 2.5-3 cm. From it, with the help of a glass or a special shape, you cut circles with a diameter 5-7 cm. To do this, you just need to take a glass, for example, and press on top of the dough anywhere, and then raise the glass. As a result, you will get a smooth, squeezed out circle of dough in the shape of a glass. In this way, it is worth forming circles on the whole layer. Then you collect the rest of the dough from the tablecloth, crush it with your hands so that a small circle forms and rolls out again. Repeat the procedure by extruding circles until you have no dough left. Second option involves the absence of rolling pins at hand. You divide the dough again by 2-3 parts. Take one piece of dough and rub it together until you get a long sausage with a diameter of dough 3 cm. After that, you tear off pieces of dough from the “sausage” approximately different in size and squeeze them a little on both sides. As a result, you should get small "cutlets". When all the preparations are ready, take a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and put the buns on it. Buns should not be pressed to each other. Leave a slight gap between them. 1-2 cm. We take the remaining egg-milk mixture, grease with a special brush all the buns on top and then sprinkle them all on top with sugar. Buns must be baked in the oven 13-17 minutes. When they get a light golden color - they can be removed from the oven.
