Cooking boiled condensed milk:

Step 1: Cook the milk.

So, first of all, pour enough fatty milk into the pan with a thick bottom and send it to boil on a strong fire. While it boils, pour a few tablespoons of cold water in a glass of soda (stir). After the milk began to rise, pour sugar, vanilla and soda into the pan, and cook, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon. As soon as the mixture begins to thicken and changes color, turn down the heat to a minimum and cook for half an hourstirring occasionally. During this time, the consistency of milk will begin to resemble liquid honey, and the color will become more brownish.

Step 2: Cook the boiled condensed milk.

After half an hour, remove the pan from the heat and put it in a container of cold water 5 minutes, while all this time we thoroughly stir the milk. Then pour the condensed milk into pre-prepared jars and send to the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Step 3: Serve the boiled condensed milk.

Ready condensed milk is served on the table along with shortbread cookies or fresh bread, brew aromatic tea or coffee and breakfast is ready. Enjoy your meal!
