Ingredients for Making Chinese Cabbage Salad

Making Chinese Cabbage Salad:

Step 1: Cut vegetables and apple.

The first step is to rinse vegetables and apples under cold running water. After which we cut the cabbage in half and cut it into a not very thin straw. Pepper and apple are cleaned from seeds and also cut into strips.

Step 2: Fry the chicken.

Now the fun part. As you probably already guessed, we will prepare a dressing from yogurt. So, mix yogurt with honey and mustard in a bowl. Lightly salt and pepper. Add a little lemon juice (just squeeze the juice from half a lemon with your hands) and finely chopped dill greens (take just a few sprigs). Mix thoroughly and the sauce is ready.

Step 4: Cooking Chinese Cabbage Salad.

In a salad bowl, mix the cabbage with apple and pepper and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. Next, add the chicken and mix thoroughly.

Step 5: Serve Chinese Cabbage Salad.
