Ingredients for making Bailey's liqueur homemade

To prepare the liquor mass according to the first recipe, we need:

Preparation of Baileys liquor homemade:

Step 1: prepare the alcoholic mass of liquor according to the first recipe.

We insist all this obtained mass directly in the saucepan, but with the lid closed, almost a week. In this case, it will be necessary to shake it several times during the day. After all this, we filter through the cheesecloth our future Baileys liquor. This is not the end of the matter. We set aside our capacity with this alcoholic yummy to the side and now we are preparing a “dressing”.

Step 2: prepare the dressing for the first recipe.

Take 1 liter high-quality fresh cream - preferably 10% and pour into a bowl. Add the condensed milk to the bowl in them. Next, take a tablespoon and dissolve in it some very delicious coffee. Then pour it into a bowl to our “dressing” and add two chicken yolks there. Only yolks should be added here, so be extremely careful when breaking eggs and separating protein from the yolk! Try to drain all the protein from a slightly broken egg in a separate container, and then pour the remaining yolk into a bowl for dressing. Whip it all very well with a mixer or whisk. The sequence should be as follows: first we take one half of the milk, add the yolks and condensed milk, then coffee and pour in the rest of the milk.

Step 3: mix and infuse liquor according to the first recipe.

Now we mix everything thoroughly, the liquor base and dressing, and in the end we still beat thoroughly again! Alas, we still do not recommend drinking home-made Baileys liquor. To begin with, you should insist a little in the refrigerator. After a few days, excess liquor will pop up on the liquor. Now it remains only to strain through a piece of cotton cloth and pour into a decanter or a suitable container for liquor. Now it can be consumed.

Step 4: prepare the liquor according to the second recipe.

If the first one seemed very difficult to you, then I suggest trying to prepare this liquor in a second easy way. So, in a water bath we melt one bar of very bitter chocolate. To do this, take a pot of water, put on a fire and when it boils, reduce the heat a little, and on the pan we set a plate with chocolate bar on top and stir a little when the chocolate begins to melt. Pour cold cream into a separate bowl, whisk them with a vanilla sugar mixer. Then add our slightly chilled melted chocolate and pour 1 can condensed milk. All carefully interfere. Then we add here half a liter of very high-quality vodka, again mix everything well. Pour everything into a previously prepared dry container for liquor. We cork with a lid and insist for a day. Liqueur Baileys at home according to this recipe is no less tasty than liquor prepared according to our first recipe, but less time is spent on it, and making it much easier.

Step 5: serve Bailey's homemade liquor.

Now we pour our yummy in a small glass, add three or four pieces of ice there and enjoy the Bailey's liqueur, prepared with our own hands at home! Not only your whole family will be pleased with such a liquor, but also guests! We drink with pleasure! Enjoy your meal!
