Ingredients for the preparation of Osharina salad

For a salad, we need:

  1. Hard cheese 150 grams

  6. Parsley at its discretion

For salad dressing you need:

  3. Sugar 4 teaspoons
  4. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Chicken egg 2 pcs.
  6. Wine vinegar (6%) 80 ml.
  7. Cream 150 ml.

Cooking Osharina salad:

Step 1: Prepare a salad dressing.

Step 2: Cooking the Salad.

Before starting cooking, thoroughly wash and peel all vegetables and fruits. Avocados, if soft, can be crushed with a fork. But I advise you to take more solid. Then it can be cut into cubes, so an avocado in a salad will look better. Further, peppers already peeled from the seed core are also cut into cubes. Grind parsley and garlic as finely as possible. Before we grate the cheese, put the cheese on 5 minutes in the freezer. So it will be easier for us to deal with him. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients, add oregano, then season with salad dressing.
