Cooking artichokes with tuna:

Step 1: Prepare and grind the ingredients.

Gently open the jar of canned artichokes with a special canned knife, then drain all liquid from them. Put artichokes on a cutting board and cut in half. Gently open the tuna can, you can drain the liquid, and finely chop the tuna with a sharp knife. In a plate, combine chopped artichokes and tuna, mix, and sprinkle with canned capers on top, previously also finely chopped.

Step 2: Prepare the marinade for the dish.

Rinse the basil well under cold running water, then drain and lay on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, finely chop. Then add it in crushed form to vegetable juice, mix thoroughly. To this mixture add vinegar, salt and pepper to your liking, season with olive oil and mix thoroughly again. Pour the artichokes and tuna in the dish on top with the cooked marinade and leave, literally for half an hour, so that the dish can be well saturated with marinade and spices.

Step 3: Serve the artichokes with tuna.
