Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Disassemble fresh cabbage into separate leaves and remove the solid part at the base, the so-called stalk. Next, we deal with vegetables, for this we take a sweet paprika and peel the stalk, remove all seeds, rinse in running water. Cut pepper on a thin straw. Rinse the carrots, peel them and cut into thin strips, too, or rub on a coarse grater. You can also take Korean carrots. But I advise you all the same for a straw, since it will then be difficult to stuff sausages with such a composition.

Step 2: stuff the sausages with vegetables.

Step 3: Wrap the sausages in puff pastry.

The dough must first be thawed at room temperature, then put on the work surface of the table, lightly sprinkled with flour, and then roll out thinly, but not so much that it does not burst. We cut the dough into strips, about the width of our sausages. Grease the cabbage leaf thin layer, we wrap a stuffed sausage in it. So do with all the sheets and sausages. Then you should wrap everything in the finished puff pastry, grease with egg yolk.

Step 4: Bake the sausages in the puff pastry.

In a preheated oven up to 200 degrees, we send a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, and neatly stacked sausages. Distance should be about 1-2 centimeters between them so that they do not touch. We will bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is covered with a golden brown, and the sausages are not baked.

Step 5: Serve the sausages stuffed with vegetables in puff pastry.

We spread more hot stuffed sausages in the dish, decorate with fresh chopped vegetables and parsley or dill. You can choose any sauce for our delicious sausages. Good appetite!
