Cooking chicken rolls with dried fruits:

Step 1: prepare the chicken.

To begin with, thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet with cool running water and dry it with paper kitchen towels. Step 2: prepare the walnuts.

We take the walnuts out of the shell, put them on a cutting board and use a knife to chop the ingredient into medium pieces. Fry them for about 10 - 15 minutes, while constantly stirring with a kitchen spatula so that they do not burn. And already ready we pour in a small deep plate.

Step 3: prepare the remaining ingredients.

We wash the feathers of shallots under running water and dry them with paper kitchen towels. Then we transfer them to the cutting board and finely chop the ingredient with a knife. Shredded onions are transferred to a plate. Next, take the cheese, free it from packaging and transfer it to a cutting board. We shift them into a colander, rinse under warm running water and drop them into a deep plate. Pour them with water so that it completely covers dried fruits and leave for 15 minutes. After the necessary time has passed, put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry out.

Step 4: form the chicken rolls.

In the middle of the prepared chicken fillet, lay 2 plates of cheese, sprinkle with dried fruits, nuts and chopped green onions. After, we turn it into a roll and fix it with twine so that it does not turn around during baking. We perform the same procedure with the remaining two pieces of chicken fillet. As soon as we have fixed all the rolls, sprinkle them with black pepper and salt well, and proceed to the first stage of the heat treatment.

Step 5: fry the rolls.

Turn on the temperature of the plate to an average level. Pour olive oil into the pan and put on the burner. We shift the rolls into the preheated fat and start frying them from all sides, turning them over with a kitchen spatula until a beautiful golden brown crust forms.

Step 6: bake rolls.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 - 200 degrees Celsius. Put the rolls in the baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and put in the oven. Our rolls will be baked in about 30 minutes. Over time, we take out the form with the ready-made rolls from the oven, free them from the twine and you can begin to serve.
