We wash the tomato under cold running water from various kinds of pollution and dry it with paper kitchen towels to prevent excess moisture. Then we cut off the place on the fruit where the stalk was attached, put it on a cutting board, cut into cubes with a diameter of up to 1 centimeter and shift the slices into a deep plate. Now remove the shell from the sausage, put it on a cutting board and cut into a cube with a diameter of up to 1 centimeter or layers up to 2 - 3 centimeters and up to 5 millimeters. We shift the slices into a deep plate. Cut off the paraffin crust from the cheese and rub it on a medium or fine grater directly into a deep plate. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and cover the non-stick baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper. We also spread yeast dough, wheat flour, chicken egg, ketchup and necessary spices on the kitchen table.

Step 2: form mini pizzas - pies.

Now we take a piece of yeast dough, as for this ingredients, you can cook it yourself according to this recipe or purchase a ready-made dough in any supermarket. In principle, any yeast dough on water, kefir, milk or sour cream is suitable for these babies. We put the semi-finished flour on the countertop, sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, and roll it out using a rolling pin into a large rectangle up to 5 millimeters thick. On the surface of the rolled dough, put a tablespoon of ketchup and distribute the aromatic mass with a baking brush around the entire perimeter of the formation in an even layer. On top of a layer of ketchup in an artistic mess, lay out a layer of chopped sausage and sprinkle it to taste with black pepper and Italian herbs. Then we separate half from the total mass of cheese and sprinkle it with the meat ingredient. In a deep bowl we drive a chicken egg without shell, slightly beat it with a fork and evenly distribute the egg mass over all layers of the filling. We roll the dough with a roll, trying not to press it strongly with our hands, and then pinch its edge with the base of the roll. Then cut it across thick circles from 2 to 3 centimeters.

Step 3: bake mini pizzas - pies.

We spread small pizzas on a baking sheet prepared for baking at a small distance from each other, that's enough 3 - 4 centimeters and sprinkle them with the remaining cheese. We check the temperature of the oven, if it has warmed up to 200 degrees Celsius, then we send a baking sheet into it, with still raw flour products, placing it on the middle rack. Bake mini pizzas - pies until fully cooked over 20 minutes. After the required time has passed, remove the baking tray with pizzas from the oven, holding it with a kitchen towel, put it on a cutting board previously laid on the kitchen table, and allow the baking to cool slightly. About 7 to 10 minutes, using a spatula, transfer the fragrant flour products to a large flat dish and serve.
