Cooking meat with sesame seeds and honey:
Step 1: Prepare the meat.
We start with meat. Chicken fillet should be cut into medium slices or slices, as you like. They should be approximately the same size to cook evenly. Only without fanaticism! If you are confident in using a knife, simply chop it finely and finely. If not - fine grater and garlic will not let you down. Shredded garlic in a small plate and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare Ginger.
We need fresh ginger root. Dry powder will not work, it does not have the necessary sharpness and spice, and it will not be able to soften the meat. We clean a small piece of the skin and rub on a fine grater. We shift to a clean plate.
Step 4: Cook the marinade.
The secret of juiciness and softness of meat in the marinade. It prepares quickly and simply - one-two-three. One - pour soy sauce in a deep plate, two - add honey, garlic and ginger, three - mix. Voila! The marinade is ready.
Step 5: Marinate the meat.
We have meat in a deep plate. Pour it with marinade. Soy sauce is quite salty, so salt can be added very slightly or not added at all - a matter of taste. Mix well, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. If you are not in a hurry, you can marinate the meat for an hour - it will turn out even tastier. Honey and ginger soften the fibers of meat, it is well saturated with soy sauce and it turns out to be very soft and juicy.
Step 6: Prepare Sesame.
While the meat is pickled, fry the sesame seeds in a skillet until light golden. Raw seeds are best not to use: they will not give either taste or aroma. Heat the pan over medium heat and pour sesame seeds on it, fry it, stirring constantly - the burnt sesame seeds will not improve the dish. As soon as you remove the correct color, turn off the fire, and pour the sesame seeds on a clean plate. You can’t leave it in the pan. While it cools, a few grains will surely burn.
Step 7: Cook the meat with sesame seeds and honey.
We get our well-pickled fillet. We heat the pan, pour the olive oil and spread the meat. Do not pour the marinade left in the plate, it will still be useful to us. Fry the meat over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices. Marinated meat is cooked very quickly.
Now add the black pepper and pour the meat with the marinade. It is not necessary to pour out the whole, it is enough that a layer of 1-2 cm is obtained in the pan. Stir well and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Part of the marinade will evaporate, and the rest will become a delicious sauce. Take the fried sesame seeds and sprinkle on the meat. Mix well. That's all, the meat is ready.
