Cooking chicken rolls with mushrooms:
Step 1: Cooking the toppings ...Heat the pan. Finely chop our mushrooms with a knife (any mushrooms will suit your taste). We spread them in a heated pan with vegetable oil, stir and fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Cut the onion into small cubes. Add to the mushrooms, salt, pepper to taste and mix. Sauté everything over low heat until golden brown. Then put our mushrooms on a plate, let them cool.
Step 2: Preparing Chicken Fillet ...Rinse the chicken fillet, then cut the large pieces of the fillet with a knife in half. And so we get some flat slices of fillet. Salt everything to taste. Wrap each piece in a cave film and with a hammer carefully beat off each piece on both sides so that it does not fall apart.
Step 3: Filling with filling, frying and stewing ...For each beaten filet, lay out a few mushroom fillings. Wrap in a roll, and the edges can be fixed with a wooden toothpick. Roll carefully in flour on all sides. We heat a frying pan with high sides with vegetable oil and fry our rolls over high heat until golden brown. When fried add cream. Bring to a boil and simmer under the lid over low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
Step 4: We serve to the table ...Put the dish on a plate, let cool slightly. garnish with chopped parsley. Can be served. Bon appetite!
