Grilled Chicken Salad Ingredients:

  1. Chicken Breasts 500-600 grams

For marinade:

  1. 2 cloves of garlic

  3. Corn (young, boiled) 1 ear

  5. Cilantro 1 bunch

  7. Chips 5-10 grams
  8. Avocado 1 pc.
  9. Lemon juice (lime) 100 ml
  10. Hot chili sauce to taste

Making a salad with grilled chicken:

Step 1: prepare the marinade and meat.

First of all, turn on the oven. We set the temperature to 180 degrees. We clean the garlic from the husk with a knife and chop it finely and finely on the board. You can certainly use a fine grater. But still it’s better to cut with a knife. Then we put it in a separate bowl, add olive oil, chili pepper, salt and black pepper there. Pour 1 tablespoon of mineral water and mix with a teaspoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Rinse the chicken breasts thoroughly under running water.

Step 2: pickle the meat.

Bound washed breasts on both sides in a marinade and leave in a separate bowl for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3: prepare the vegetables for the salad.

We clear the red onion from the husk, wash it with a knife and cut it into small half rings. The procedure is unpleasant, but necessary. Half of the tomato is also cut into thin half rings. Remove the boiled corn with your fingers from the cob (if it does not work out, you can simply cut it with a knife). Wash the avocado, peel and cut into cubes 0.5x0.5 cm. Finely chop the cilantro on the board. Grate cheddar cheese on a medium grater. We wash lettuce leaves under running water and tear it into large pieces with our hands.

Step 4: bake the meat and mix the ingredients for the salad.

Our oven has already warmed up, so put the marinated breasts on the grill and bake them at a temperature of 180 degrees (10 -15 minutes on each side). In a separate bowl, mix chopped tomato, boiled corn and avocado. Put lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, put grated cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Add vegetables and avocados. Mix everything thoroughly. Cut the finished chicken breasts into thin slices with a knife and add on top of the cheese. And in the end, you can sprinkle top with hot sauce.

Step 5: serve to the table.

This salad is considered a festive dish, but it can be cooked just like that, without a holiday. Salad bowl with salad served to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - the time of pickling meat can be increased up to 30-40 minutes. But, if in a hurry, twenty is enough.

- - boiled corn can be replaced with canned peas.
