- 6 eggs
- 4 green onion threads
- 10 slices of bacon
- 10 olives
- 1 zucchini
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber

METHOD OF PREPARING THE RECIPE Omelet:
In a bowl we put eggs and beat them with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add grated cheese.
Separately, in a pan, heat the zucchini cut into 4 and then slices, pancetta, pitted olives. Sprinkle with dried thyme.
After they have hardened, put eggs and finely chopped green onions and cover with a lid. This omelet will "swell" nicely. When it has browned on one side, turn it on the other side.
Serve with a simple salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and green onions.
