For this recipe I was inspired by Merisor. The strawberries, even if I put a lot of sugar, I say, were sour, so a sweet-sour crumble came out, but very tasty.

  • It took:
  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g biscuit breadcrumbs
  • 100 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 150 g butter
  • Filling:
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar (8 g / sachet)

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry crumble dessert:

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the biscuit breadcrumbs, sugar, salt and chopped butter. Mix all the ingredients until you get a sandy dough. Let it cool until the strawberries are ready.

Strawberries are removed from the stalks, then washed. If they are large, cut them in two or four. Mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Turn on the oven to heat.

Put half of the dough in a tray greased with butter and lined with baking paper. Add the strawberries, then the rest of the dough. Put the tray in the oven until the dough is nicely browned.
