First we make mayonnaise. Warm water mix with sugar and pour over the yeast. Sprinkle a little flour and leave to rise for a few minutes in a warm place. We put the flour in a bowl and in the middle we put the salt and melted butter (which was also cooled). Add the mayo in the middle and start kneading, from the edge to the center. Knead well until a non-sticky and easy-to-knead dough comes out. If necessary, add a little more flour or a little oil, depending on how the flour is assimilated. Cover the bowl and put it back in a very warm place. Leave to rise for about 45 minutes.

Cover the form and put it back in a warm place, leave it to rise for about 30 minutes.
