Ingredients for making hot beetroot salad

Making hot beetroot salad:
Step 1: Preliminary heat treatment of beet tops.Beet tops must be washed thoroughly with running water. Pour water into the pan, bring it to a boil, salt and lower the leaves and stalks of beets. You need to cook them for 4 - 5 minutes, then throw them in a colander, and chop them on a cutting board.
Step 2: Fry the onion and tops.In the meantime, peel the onion, rinse with water and chop very finely. Pour sunflower oil onto a hot pan, heat it and fry a little onion (until light golden). Then add the tops, salt and black pepper to the onion. All this must be fried until tender for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 3: Preparing a salad dressing.The garlic cloves need to be peeled, washed and crushed with a special press, chopped finely with a knife or grated. In a small bowl, sour cream or mayonnaise should be combined with chopped garlic and stir well with a tablespoon.
Step 4: Add the eggs.Set the fire to medium. Rinse the eggs thoroughly, beat them in a frying pan with beet tops and stir constantly with a tablespoon. When the eggs are ready, the fire can be turned off, and the fried mass can be transferred to a serving deep dish.
Step 5: Serve the Beetroot Hot Salad.Season the ready-made hot salad with mayonnaise-garlic or sour cream-garlic cream, stir well. This salad is best consumed hot, but these foods are also eaten cold. Will be a great breakfast, lunch for lunch or a good dinner. Good appetite!
